Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Bülent Erseç took the kick off in the first half of the match. Aykut Çetinalp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abuzer Zade in the 4th minute of play. 5 minutes into the match, BalıkesirSpor's goal looked a bit too open when Abuzer Zade came free, but Aykut Çetinalp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 6 minutes into the match, Yavuz Bülent Ehlimen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vacid Perva. Arpacay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yavuz Bülent Ehlimen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. A collision led to Arpacay getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Rıdvan Bağcıoğlu hit a great ball. 13 minutes into the match, BalıkesirSpor's goal looked a bit too open when Boğaçhan Kılıçhan came free, but Aykut Çetinalp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vacid Perva was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gürcan Uçma showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 21 minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, BalıkesirSpor's goal looked a bit too open when Boğaçhan Kılıçhan came free, but Aykut Çetinalp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th match minute, Arpacay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kutlu İmruz to maneuver through the defense. 28 minutes into the game, Boğaçhan Kılıçhan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Aykut Çetinalp was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 31st minute, Kutlu İmruz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. BalıkesirSpor's Bülent Erseç couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Arpacay. Gürcan Uçma blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vacid Perva having to make a save. BalıkesirSpor's Bülent Erseç got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mikail Yanık recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Boğaçhan Kılıçhan was the one to do the kick off. Bülent Erseç blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vacid Perva having to make a save. When Gürcan Uçma came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the BalıkesirSpor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gürcan Uçma couldn't finish the play. Gürcan Uçma received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Vacid Perva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 64 minutes, Yavuz Bülent Ehlimen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BalıkesirSpor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yavuz Bülent Ehlimen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 67th minute, Naim Baydak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Boğaçhan Kılıçhan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aykut Çetinalp having to interfere. Korhan Köklem kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Mikail Yanık could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Aykut Çetinalp made a huge save. BalıkesirSpor's Aykut Çetinalp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boğaçhan Kılıçhan in the 83rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Bülent Erseç managed to get in a good position for a shot. BalıkesirSpor's supporters rose to their feet, but Bülent Erseç was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vacid Perva breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Çeliker Baysoy fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BalıkesirSpor's protests and gave Çeliker Baysoy a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, BalıkesirSpor's Çeliker Baysoy got a free kick in the 88th minute. Boğaçhan Kılıçhan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aykut Çetinalp having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bülent Erseç in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vacid Perva saved Arpacay from getting behind.
