Spectators: 7226 (Terracing: 5421, Seating: 1662, VIP seats: 143) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Şahap Azim took the kick off in the first half of the match. The audience was convinced that Şahap Azim's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sadri Kutertan was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. Sadri Kutertan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ziya Onur Çinucen in the 6th minute of play. In the 7th match minute, Ankaraalper was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yetkiner Sadak to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Ankaraalper's zone, Şahap Azim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sadri Kutertan came out of the goal and Şahap Azim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sadri Kutertan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ahmet Danış Atacan in the 10th minute. 23 minutes into the match, Ankaraalper's goal looked a bit too open when Şahap Azim came free, but Sadri Kutertan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 26 minutes, Peyami Ulucağ managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ankaraalper's supporters crossed their fingers, but Peyami Ulucağ was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mehmet Şefik Sağcan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Turan Okatay having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ahmet Danış Atacan got free with Sadri Kutertan in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Teoman Haliç's late challenge caught a mithatyilmaz's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teoman Haliç helped the player get up and apologised. In the 34th minute, Teoman Haliç hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sadri Kutertan was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Korkut Yaver. Ahmet Danış Atacan struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Sadri Kutertan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for mithatyilmaz. Mehmet Şefik Sağcan took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ahmet Turan Okatay. Ahmet Turan Okatay dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Şahap Azim managed to get in a good position for a shot. mithatyilmaz's supporters rose to their feet, but Şahap Azim was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sadri Kutertan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half Ankaraalper were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mehmet Şefik Sağcan to strike the kick off in the second half. When Nadir Birsoy fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ankaraalper's protests and gave Nadir Birsoy a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Ankaraalper getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Nadir Birsoy hit a great ball. After 55 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for mithatyilmaz! The goalkeeper, Ahmet Turan Okatay, was totally fooled by Ankaraalper's İlhami Direnç, who 58 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After 61 played minutes Ankaraalper got a freekick which was hit by İlhami Direnç. In the 62ndth minute of the game Ahmet Danış Atacan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ankaraalper's Sadri Kutertan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Ahmet Danış Atacan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Peyami Ulucağ could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Ahmet Turan Okatay made a huge save. Yetkiner Sadak charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Yetkiner Sadak the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Ankaraalper's Yetkiner Sadak got a free kick in the 72nd minute. In the 73rd minute, Ahmet Danış Atacan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 80th minute Ahmet Danış Atacan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sadri Kutertan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Peyami Ulucağ took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ahmet Turan Okatay. Ahmet Turan Okatay dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mehmet Şefik Sağcan in the 96th minute of play forced mithatyilmaz's goalkeeper Ahmet Turan Okatay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahmet Turan Okatay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mehmet Şefik Sağcan in the 98th minute of play. In the 100th minute, Mehmet Şefik Sağcan fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post.
