Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Şenel Tanaydin kicked off to start the match. After 9 played minutes, Bitlis 8 Ağustos's Caner Kayıboylu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ziya Alp came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bitlis 8 Ağustos reached it. After 11 minutes, Ardahan Torehan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Menemen and the Bitlis 8 Ağustos players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Bitlis 8 Ağustos booed when Menemen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ardahan Torehan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bitlis 8 Ağustos's Arif Cengiz Mirac proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Bitlis 8 Ağustos from getting a goal against them. Engin Uğursal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 23 minutes into the game, Şenel Tanaydin recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Arif Cengiz Mirac. Şenel Tanaydin showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Ziya Alp came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Bitlis 8 Ağustos's Atak Keykavus. But to his dismay, Atak Keykavus quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 33rd minute of the game, Atak Keykavus landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. In the 36th minute of the match Ahmed Mimoun shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ziya Alp showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Arif Cengiz Mirac acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 42nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Orhan Ayyıldız. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Juliusz Kilar to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute Engin Uğursal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arif Cengiz Mirac saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Menemen's Ziya Alp got control of the ball when Juliusz Kilar tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Caner Kayıboylu during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ziya Alp didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bitlis 8 Ağustos. Ardahan Torehan hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. The supporters of Bitlis 8 Ağustos booed when Menemen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sefa Yağmurdereli didn't get a good kick on the ball.
