In the 7th minute, Antonio Lucentini got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bitlis 8 Ağustos's goalkeeper Arif Cengiz Mirac, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sercan Canfeda was a little too slow when Atak Keykavus got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 11th minute. The score was now 1-0. Sercan Canfeda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juliusz Kilar in the 14th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Atak Keykavus managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bitlis 8 Ağustos's supporters rose to their feet, but Atak Keykavus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sercan Canfeda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Atak Keykavus struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Sercan Canfeda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bitlis 8 Ağustos. The supporters of Bitlis 8 Ağustos booed when Afsin JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bircan Salahaddin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Afsin JK's zone, Atak Keykavus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sercan Canfeda came out of the goal and Atak Keykavus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Atak Keykavus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 33 played minutes Antonio Lucentini rounded Afsin JK's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-0. Atak Keykavus received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sercan Canfeda came out and tried to block the shot, but Atak Keykavus slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 36th minute. Atak Keykavus might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sercan Canfeda. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Atak Keykavus ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Atak Keykavus in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sercan Canfeda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Ahmed Mimoun fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bitlis 8 Ağustos's protests and gave Ahmed Mimoun a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Bitlis 8 Ağustos's Ahmed Mimoun got a free kick in the 43rd minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sancarbey Uzsan to make the kick off. Atak Keykavus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sercan Canfeda having to interfere. Arif Cengiz Mirac showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sancarbey Uzsan, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute.
