Kurtuluş Akkın's late challenge caught a Pardus's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kurtuluş Akkın helped the player get up and apologised. Erkan Ilıcak blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Refik Pektay having to make a save. Refik Pektay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aybar Yiğit, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Pardus were awarded a corner in the 42th minute after Sarioglan FK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Necati Erginay took the corner. Rafet Akoğlu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Mustafa Kemal Akıncıbey made a huge save. Kurtuluş Akkın kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Babür Aktaşlıoğlu made a kick off. After 68 minutes, Bahattin Uygar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pardus and the Sarioglan FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Pardus's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
