Ahmet Ozan Şahbaz got in the 5th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Hakkı Devrim Akkoyun handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. In the 6th match minute, Yerdeki Yıldızlar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dinçer Yaren to maneuver through the defense. 7 minutes into the match, Atilla Tarkan Evirgen notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Yerdeki Yıldızlar's Hakkı Devrim Akkoyun. Hakkı Devrim Akkoyun was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Atilla Tarkan Evirgen in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hakkı Devrim Akkoyun prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Atilla Tarkan Evirgen in the 13th minute of play forced Yerdeki Yıldızlar's goalkeeper Hakkı Devrim Akkoyun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th minute Atilla Tarkan Evirgen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hakkı Devrim Akkoyun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mustafa Necati Sanbay charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mustafa Necati Sanbay the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 17th minute, Mustafa Necati Sanbay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hakkı Devrim Akkoyun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Ozan Şahbaz in the 29th minute of play. In the 35th match minute, Lara was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Ozan Şahbaz to maneuver through the defense. Sefa Kazakhan who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 36thth minute tested the skills of Şükrü Vural when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 46th minute Atilla Tarkan Evirgen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hakkı Devrim Akkoyun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 47 minutes, Ahmet Ozan Şahbaz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lara's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet Ozan Şahbaz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half Lara were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ahmet Ozan Şahbaz to make the kick off. In the 55th minute of the match Lara got a corner. Yerdeki Yıldızlar's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Batı Özakın ran over to the corner to take the kick. Yerdeki Yıldızlar's Hakkı Devrim Akkoyun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atilla Tarkan Evirgen in the 69th minute of play. 69 minutes into the game, Lara's Atilla Tarkan Evirgen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hakkı Devrim Akkoyun made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. Atilla Tarkan Evirgen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 83rdth minute of the game Atilla Tarkan Evirgen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Yerdeki Yıldızlar's Hakkı Devrim Akkoyun was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Yerdeki Yıldızlar getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Dinçer Yaren hit a great ball. Hakkı Devrim Akkoyun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Atilla Tarkan Evirgen in the 85th minute of the match. Ahmet Ozan Şahbaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hakkı Devrim Akkoyun having to interfere. Ahmet Ozan Şahbaz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Hakkı Devrim Akkoyun made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Lara's Atilla Tarkan Evirgen got a free kick in the 95th minute. Şükrü Vural showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sefa Kazakhan in the 97th minute of the match. The Yerdeki Yıldızlar fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Lara were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
