Seating: 1659, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Levent Zorlu took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, Sirkeci's Selmi Arslanoğlu got a free kick in the 6th minute. If Levent Zorlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ali Berkant Ağcabey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Müjdat Ongay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14th minute Müjdat Ongay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ali Berkant Ağcabey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ali Berkant Ağcabey came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Sirkeci's Mehmet Emre Cesur. But to his dismay, Mehmet Emre Cesur quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Ruhi Erboğa kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Ali Berkant Ağcabey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Müjdat Ongay, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Yaser Nesim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mahir İzhan having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Özbek Şentürk could shoot a difficult shot in the 30th minute, which Ali Berkant Ağcabey however easily saved by the left post. After 34 played minutes Gümüşhane Spor got a freekick which was hit by Halis Beşer. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Özbek Şentürk managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sirkeci's supporters rose to their feet, but Özbek Şentürk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ali Berkant Ağcabey breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Selmi Arslanoğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Haşmet Orkan got free with Ali Berkant Ağcabey in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gümüşhane Spor were furious when İhsan Özertan was red carded, 44 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 44 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Gümüşhane Spor! The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Müjdat Ongay stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Yaser Nesim in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mahir İzhan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Selmi Arslanoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sirkeci's supporters rose to their feet, but Selmi Arslanoğlu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ali Berkant Ağcabey breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 66 played minutes Gümüşhane Spor got a freekick which was hit by Levent Zorlu. Gümüşhane Spor's Yaser Nesim got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Yaser Nesim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yaser Nesim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mahir İzhan having to interfere. Hüsamettin Ömürcan took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mahir İzhan. Mahir İzhan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sirkeci's goalkeeper Mahir İzhan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Yaser Nesim who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 88thth minute tested the skills of Mahir İzhan when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 91st match minute, Gümüşhane Spor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Burhan Akyüz to maneuver through the defense. Yaser Nesim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mahir İzhan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yaser Nesim, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Gümüşhane Spor had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
