Kutlu Sadullah let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 11th minute shot 2-0 at rihgt post. Necati Rasif fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Halil Tanbay having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Doganyurt's Ahmet Gündüz Seyhun got a free kick in the 25th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Necati Rasif in the 34th minute of play forced Dogansehir's goalkeeper Halil Tanbay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Halil Tanbay stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Necati Rasif's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. After having played for 39 minutes, Aytekin Bala managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Doganyurt's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aytekin Bala was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aytekin Bala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Halil Tanbay having to interfere. 43 minutes into the game, one of Dogansehir:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vacid Hünerli to make the kick off. Haşmet Toycan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vacid Hünerli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Kutlu Sadullah managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dogansehir's supporters rose to their feet, but Kutlu Sadullah was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Haşmet Toycan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 58 minutes into the match, Dogansehir's goalkeeper Halil Tanbay had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Necati Rasif. Kutlu Sadullah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haşmet Toycan having to interfere. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Doganyurt's goalkeeper Haşmet Toycan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 80 played minutes Dogansehir got a freekick which was hit by Şanver Koçubey. Mete Toydeniz, 81 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The audience was convinced that Aytekin Bala's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Halil Tanbay was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. The supporters of Doganyurt booed when Dogansehir was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vacid Hünerli didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Vacid Hünerli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Dogansehir had won after a very even match.
