When Özkan Mümtaz came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Goklerspor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Özkan Mümtaz couldn't finish the play. Onurhan Şenaltan hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. After 58 played minutes Goklerspor got a freekick which was hit by Hızır Sancaktar. Özkan Mümtaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Özkan Mümtazs short, quick shot in the 67thth minute got Murat Selim Tanalp to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After some careless play in the Goklerspor defense, Onurhan Şenaltan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gündüz Gümüşcü. The Goklerspor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gündüz Gümüşcü should have stopped the shot. 72 minutes into the match, Acipayam's goalkeeper Murat Selim Tanalp had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Özkan Mümtaz. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ali Numan Uğuş in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gündüz Gümüşcü saved Goklerspor from getting behind. After 76 minutes of play, Acipayam's Tarık Taşgan made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Özkan Mümtaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Murat Selim Tanalp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Özkan Mümtaz in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Murat Selim Tanalp prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Acipayam's zone, Özkan Mümtaz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Murat Selim Tanalp came out of the goal and Özkan Mümtaz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
