Cevahir İltemir's late challenge caught a EDUM FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cevahir İltemir helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of EDUM FK booed when real stars fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cevahir İltemir didn't get a good kick on the ball. Şerafettin İpekçi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Volkan Samim in the 9th minute of the match. Mehmet Edip Oytun struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Göktan Akay didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for real stars fc. 17 minutes into the match, real stars fc's goal looked a bit too open when Aytekin Ülger came free, but Şerafettin İpekçi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cevahir İltemir hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. In the 21stth minute of the game Aytekin Ülger who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but real stars fc's Şerafettin İpekçi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 23 minutes into the game, real stars fc's Demir Baytekin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Göktan Akay made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. 27 minutes into the match, real stars fc's goal looked a bit too open when Volkan Samim came free, but Şerafettin İpekçi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 28 minutes, Volkan Samim managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. EDUM FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Volkan Samim was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Volkan Samim's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Şerafettin İpekçi was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. Demir Baytekin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Göktan Akay having to interfere. When Mehmet Edip Oytun came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the real stars fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mehmet Edip Oytun couldn't finish the play. Göktan Akay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mehmet Edip Oytun in the 39th minute of play. In the 43rd minute, Ferid Yücelay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 49 minutes into the match, EDUM FK's goal looked a bit too open when Cevahir İltemir came free, but Göktan Akay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aytekin Ülger was the one to do the kick off. real stars fc's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Volkan Samim 55 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. After a rather tough play, real stars fc's Şakir Okbudun got a free kick in the 60th minute. 61 minutes into the match, EDUM FK's Hen Ceutz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Şerafettin İpekçi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 66th minute Mehmet Edip Oytun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Göktan Akay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mehmet Edip Oytun in the 68th minute of play forced EDUM FK's goalkeeper Göktan Akay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Volkan Samim got free with Şerafettin İpekçi in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the EDUM FK defense, Mehmet Edip Oytun kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Göktan Akay. The EDUM FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Göktan Akay should have stopped the shot. Volkan Samim's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Şerafettin İpekçi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. After 87 played minutes EDUM FK got a freekick which was hit by Ferid Yücelay. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Demir Baytekin managed to get in a good position for a shot. real stars fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Demir Baytekin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Göktan Akay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Göktan Akay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cevahir İltemir in the 92nd minute of play. Baysal Kaptan hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, real stars fc's Şakir Okbudun got a free kick in the 96th minute. real stars fc's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
