The supporters of BoZKuRT SpOr booed when Gelâtâserray was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nusret Çakman didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Arif Gaffar Tanyolaç came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Gelâtâserray fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arif Gaffar Tanyolaç couldn't finish the play. Şakir Selmi charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Şakir Selmi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 10th minute, Şakir Selmi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Şerif İcmal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Peter Blakewell stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Şerif İcmal's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gelâtâserray's goalkeeper Peter Blakewell, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to BoZKuRT SpOr getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Şakir Selmi hit a great ball. If Arif Gaffar Tanyolaç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cemalettin Demir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fatih Aytuğ, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fatih Aytuğ fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cemalettin Demir having to interfere. 42 minutes into the match, Gelâtâserray's goal looked a bit too open when Şerif İcmal came free, but Peter Blakewell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sedat Çetinsoy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Peter Blakewell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 46th minute, Fatih Aytuğ left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gelâtâserray fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Sedat Çetinsoy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 56th minute Arif Gaffar Tanyolaç shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cemalettin Demir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fatih Aytuğ succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-2 in the 58th playminute. After 66 minutes, Arif Gaffar Tanyolaç made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. BoZKuRT SpOr's Cemalettin Demir tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Cemalettin Demir was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Arif Gaffar Tanyolaç showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 69 minute of play. BoZKuRT SpOr were furious when Ertan Nizami was red carded, 74 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After a rather tough play, BoZKuRT SpOr's Ertan Nizami got a free kick in the 75th minute. Cemalettin Demir made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fatih Aytuğ in the 78th minute. In the 83rdth minute of the game Şerif İcmal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gelâtâserray's Peter Blakewell was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 86th minute of the match, Fatih Aytuğ got a very nice opportunity to score, but Cemalettin Demir was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Şerif İcmal in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Peter Blakewell prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aleksandr Baigozin kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Sedat Çetinsoy hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, Gelâtâserray's Cemalettin Demir threw himself towards the right post 95 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Arif Gaffar Tanyolaç, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The BoZKuRT SpOr supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Gelâtâserray's performance. The match ended with a win for Gelâtâserray.
