Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Yıldıray Durna started the match with the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Şerif Erakalın managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vezirköprü's supporters rose to their feet, but Şerif Erakalın was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Halil Utku Samet breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Halil Utku Samet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cankut Palabıyık, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Anamur getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Neşat Dilşah hit a great ball. When Cankut Palabıyık came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Vezirköprü fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cankut Palabıyık couldn't finish the play. Şerif Erakalın received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Halil Utku Samet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cihat Onay during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Anamur's Cihat Onay got a free kick in the 21st minute. Arif Memduh Heybetli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yıldıray Durna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 32nd minute, Cankut Palabıyık left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vezirköprü fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Hakan Lokman struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Arif Memduh Heybetli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Anamur. After a defensive mix-up in Vezirköprü's zone, Yetkin Çoğaş stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arif Memduh Heybetli came out of the goal and Yetkin Çoğaş tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arif Memduh Heybetli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yıldıray Durna in the 43rd minute of play. If Yıldıray Durna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cankut Palabıyık took the ball and in the 48 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Halil Utku Samet. Halil Utku Samet dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Cankut Palabıyık made the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, Yetkin Çoğaş had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arif Memduh Heybetli. Vezirköprü's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yetkin Çoğaş was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. In the 62nd minute, Şerif Erakalın fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Şerif Erakalın sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Anamur's defense didn't have a chance, in the 68th minute, when Şerif Erakalın scored to the left of an out of position Halil Utku Samet, making the score, 1-4. 71 minutes into the match, Yetkin Çoğaş had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arif Memduh Heybetli. Vezirköprü's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yetkin Çoğaş was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cankut Palabıyık in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Halil Utku Samet saved Anamur from getting behind. Halil Utku Samet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cankut Palabıyık in the 78th minute of the match. Arif Memduh Heybetli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yetkin Çoğaş, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 88 minutes into the match, Anamur's goalkeeper Halil Utku Samet had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Şerif Erakalın. After having played for 92 minutes, Cankut Palabıyık managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vezirköprü's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cankut Palabıyık was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Vezirköprü eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
