In the 13th minute Ahmet Hakan Sonat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Okaner Akdoğu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Battal Özerek fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Galatasaray SK's protests and gave Battal Özerek a yellow card for diving instead. Battal Özerek hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Mustafa Cumhur Erek put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ayberk Onar. Mustafa Cumhur Erek, 27 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Hürkan Onural fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Okaner Akdoğu having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

After 53 minutes of play, Dinamo Sputnik FK's Şemsettin Bardakçıoğlu made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ayberk Onar was left in no man's land by his defense there! Galatasaray SK's Ayberk Onar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mustafa Cumhur Erek in the 56th minute of play. With a little luck, Dinamo Sputnik FK's Okaner Akdoğu got control of the ball when Hürkan Onural tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ayberk Onar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mustafa Cumhur Erek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mustafa Cumhur Erek in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ayberk Onar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 64th minute, Mustafa Cumhur Erek got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dinamo Sputnik FK's Mustafa Cumhur Erek got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Dinamo Sputnik FK's Mustafa Cumhur Erek in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 85thth minute of the game Mustafa Cumhur Erek who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Galatasaray SK's Ayberk Onar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Dinamo Sputnik FK fully deserved thier win.
