Beyhan Tecimen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Harun Necmi having to interfere. Akyazi JK's Beyhan Tecimen got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpected shot in the 46th minute by Ahmet Özakay got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ferit Ongen made a kick off. Ahmet Özakay's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Altay Ramiz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. In the 56th minute, Akyazi JK's Buğrahan Tüzmen dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2.
