Spectators: 6649 (Terracing: 5649, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sait Bayazid started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, BKTRTT's Sait Bayazid got a free kick in the 2nd minute. A collision led to marlboro getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Kadim Tümerk hit a great ball. After 9 minutes, Gündüz Suel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BKTRTT and the marlboro players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 9th minute, Gündüz Suel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sait Bayazid received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Kadri Gençyaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 15th minute, Sait Bayazid got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Sait Bayazid had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. marlboro's Kadri Gençyaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sait Bayazid in the 21st minute of play. After recieving a nice pass, marlboro's Yakup Kadri Savaşer tried to score from far away in the 27th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 29th minute, Gündüz Suel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 30 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for BKTRTT! In the 39th match minute, marlboro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kadim Tümerk to maneuver through the defense. After 41 played minutes BKTRTT got a freekick which was hit by Sait Bayazid. Eren Kocaalp's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Veli Kayan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. The supporters of BKTRTT booed when marlboro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arda Baybars Ünveren didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Demir Birge made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in BKTRTT's zone, Demir Birge stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Veli Kayan came out of the goal and Demir Birge tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Demir Birge came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the marlboro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Demir Birge couldn't finish the play. Yahya Kemal Talik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Kadri Gençyaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in BKTRTT's zone, Arda Baybars Ünveren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Veli Kayan came out of the goal and Arda Baybars Ünveren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sait Bayazid fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kadri Gençyaz having to interfere. Kadri Gençyaz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sait Bayazid's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. 73 minutes into the game, marlboro's Demir Birge nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Veli Kayan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Yahya Kemal Talik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 87 minutes, Sait Bayazid managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BKTRTT's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sait Bayazid was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sait Bayazid fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kadri Gençyaz having to interfere. In the 94th minute, Demir Birge ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Veli Kayan was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. BKTRTT's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because marlboro had won, even though BKTRTT had held more of the ball.
