Turgay Şeren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ben Brereton in the 13th minute of play forced Eesti Spordimeeste Klubi's goalkeeper Ahmet Hamdi Hakim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The throw-in from Tayfun Servet in the 18th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Talatpaşa Gençlikspor's İzzet Bir. Talatpaşa Gençlikspor's Turgay Şeren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Balbontín in the 20th minute of play. In the 25th minute, Manuel Balbontín got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Eesti Spordimeeste Klubi's Ali Çağrı Osman slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Turgay Şeren. That made the score 2-0 after 27 minutes of play. 31 minutes into the match, Eesti Spordimeeste Klubi's goal looked a bit too open when Yakup Kadri Keçeli came free, but Ahmet Hamdi Hakim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Talatpaşa Gençlikspor fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when Talatpaşa Gençlikspor's Ben Brereton looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. In the 41st minute of the match Artaç Karay sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ahmet Hamdi Hakim skillfully saved the ball. 45 minutes into the game, Ali Çağrı Osman recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Turgay Şeren. Ali Çağrı Osman showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-2. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-2 at half-time.

Ahmet Hamdi Hakim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yakup Kadri Keçeli in the 81st minute of the match. 90 minutes into the game, Manuel Balbontín cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-3. Turgay Şeren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Artaç Karay hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Turgay Şeren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doğaner Tarab in the 96th minute of the match. Eesti Spordimeeste Klubi's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
