Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Gökmen Civanbaht started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Bilge Altınkaya fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Erzurum's protests and gave Bilge Altınkaya a yellow card for diving instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alim Metehan during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Fetih Yağıztekin made an important save on a dangerous shot by İzzettin Özcebe in the 12th minute. Mustafa Arif Alyakut's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gencalp Kırgız read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Derya Savni in the 19th minute of play forced Harran JK's goalkeeper Fetih Yağıztekin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fetih Yağıztekin was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gökmen Civanbaht showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 20 minute of play. Erzurum's Gencalp Kırgız played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mustafa Arif Alyakut in the 27th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Gökmen Civanbaht kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fetih Yağıztekin. That made the score 2-0 in the 30 minute of play. Harran JK's Fetih Yağıztekin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gökmen Civanbaht in the 34th minute of play. In the 34th minute, Cevat Özen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 36 played minutes Harran JK got a freekick which was hit by Güner Hızlan. Hilmi Safir charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hilmi Safir the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Hilmi Safir hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. When Mustafa Arif Alyakut came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Harran JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mustafa Arif Alyakut couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mehmet Bedri Eröz to make the kick off. When Saruhan Tümen fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Erzurum's protests and gave Saruhan Tümen a yellow card for diving instead. Hilmi Safir hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Gencalp Kırgız took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Güner Hızlan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Harran JK's Cevat Özen got a free kick in the 63rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hilmi Safir in the 66th minute of play forced Harran JK's goalkeeper Fetih Yağıztekin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 67 minutes into the game, when Cevat Özen put in a rough tackle. In the 66th minute, one of Harran JK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Harran JK. Erzurum's İzzettin Özcebe got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gencalp Kırgız made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Mehmet Bedri Eröz sent off a good shot on target. Bilge Altınkaya kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. In the 84th minute İzzettin Özcebe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fetih Yağıztekin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mustafa Arif Alyakut hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Mehmet Bedri Eröz took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gencalp Kırgız. Gencalp Kırgız dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. If Mehmet Bedri Eröz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Erzurum had won after a very even match.
