The supporters of Ziyapaşa SK booed when Alsancak was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yakup Kadri Acaroğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 10 minutes into the match, Şentürk Ulumeriç notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Alsancak's Oğuzcan Tanın. Oğuzcan Tanın was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Şentürk Ulumeriç managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ziyapaşa SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Şentürk Ulumeriç was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oğuzcan Tanın breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 15th play minute Şentürk Ulumeriç came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Oğuzcan Tanın. 2-0. Ziyapaşa SK's Jedrzej Czciborek quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Turabi Mukaddes, made in the 26th minute of the game. Şentürk Ulumeriç might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Oğuzcan Tanın. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kerem Güzir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doğaner Taymaz having to interfere. If Şentürk Ulumeriç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Şentürk Ulumeriç received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Oğuzcan Tanın came out and tried to block the shot, but Şentürk Ulumeriç slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 35th minute. 39 minutes into the game, Ömer Rıza Ersunal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Oğuzcan Tanın was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Şentürk Ulumeriç might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Oğuzcan Tanın. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Şentürk Ulumeriç ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 48th minute, Şentürk Ulumeriç got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.

The Ziyapaşa SK fans' excitement grew in the 53rd match minute when Ziyapaşa SK's Şentürk Ulumeriç looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 58 minutes into the match, Alsancak's goal looked a bit too open when Jedrzej Czciborek came free, but Oğuzcan Tanın reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Turabi Mukaddes made in the 68th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Ziyapaşa SK's Jedrzej Czciborek. Oğuzcan Tanın took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jedrzej Czciborek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Şentürk Ulumeriç in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oğuzcan Tanın prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Şentürk Ulumeriç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Şentürk Ulumeriç put it in 8-0 from a short distance just to the right of Oğuzcan Tanın. When Ziyapaşa SK's Şentürk Ulumeriç in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When Tayyar Pekalp came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Ziyapaşa SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tayyar Pekalp couldn't finish the play. Şentürk Ulumeriç sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There was no doubt that Ziyapaşa SK were the better team. Ziyapaşa SK's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
