Baransel Yenbu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ataol Zihni having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ertan Saban in the 10th minute of play forced Sakaryaspor5425's goalkeeper Ataol Zihni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The supporters of Kirikhan booed when Sakaryaspor5425 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Obbo Boddenberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 88th minute Baransel Yenbu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ataol Zihni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ataol Zihni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ertan Saban in the 91st minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, Sakaryaspor5425's goal looked a bit too open when Ertan Saban came free, but Ataol Zihni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Baransel Yenbu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kirikhan's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
