In the 8th minute Korhan Mahsun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gökçe Tümel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sermet Balamir in the 34th minute of play forced EsTeRGoN's goalkeeper Jurand Marczyniec to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Korhan Mahsun in the 35th minute of play forced Tek Tek Gelin's goalkeeper Gökçe Tümel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jurand Marczyniec made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sermet Balamir in the 40th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Tek Tek Gelin's Sermet Balamir got a free kick in the 41st minute. After some careless play in the Tek Tek Gelin defense, Korhan Mahsun kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gökçe Tümel. The Tek Tek Gelin fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gökçe Tümel should have stopped the shot. Ercüment Yay scored 0-3 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gökçe Tümel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half EsTeRGoN were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sermet Balamir was the one to do the kick off. Gökçe Tümel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kerimhan Tüzeman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tek Tek Gelin's Gökçe Tümel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Tek Tek Gelin from getting a goal against them. After 62 played minutes EsTeRGoN got a freekick which was hit by Gökçen Akçal. Duman Çalkın kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. 66 minutes into the match, EsTeRGoN's Gérard Piquet broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After having played for 68 minutes, Sermet Balamir managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tek Tek Gelin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sermet Balamir was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, EsTeRGoN's Gökçen Akçal got a free kick in the 69th minute. In the 76th minute, Kerimhan Tüzeman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gökçe Tümel was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Kerimhan Tüzeman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gökçe Tümel having to interfere. Gökçe Tümel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ercüment Yay in the 84th minute. 89 minutes into the match, Kerimhan Tüzeman dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gökçe Tümel, 0-5. EsTeRGoN's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
