In the 12th minute, Gürcan Yalım reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Bülent İzhan. The goal made the score 1-0. Ciprian Tătăruşanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebati Özdoru in the 15th minute of play. With a little luck, UMUT EFE FC's Bülent İzhan got control of the ball when Jordy Kerstens tried to sneak it across the goal line. UMUT EFE FC's Bülent İzhan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Volkan Cenap in the 18th minute of play. The UMUT EFE FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 38th minute UMUT EFE FC were awarded a corner. Dito Godoi went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on UMUT EFE FC's corner Róbson Mineiro fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ciprian Tătăruşanu quite easily take care of the ball. Erdeniz Hacıahmetoğlu was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 41 minutes into the match. After 42 played minutes Nehirspor jk got a freekick which was hit by Erdeniz Hacıahmetoğlu. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebati Özdoru in the 45th minute of play forced Nehirspor jk's goalkeeper Ciprian Tătăruşanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. UMUT EFE FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Salomon Arratia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Nehirspor jk's Ciprian Tătăruşanu got control of the ball when Róbson Mineiro tried to sneak it across the goal line.
