Spectators: 7688 (Terracing: 5767, Seating: 1768, VIP seats: 153) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gani Ünsaç kicked off to start the match. In the 2nd minute, Okan Kutel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 3rd minute of the match, Özgür Eğilmez got a very nice opportunity to score, but Serhat Pektaşi was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gani Ünsaç in the 9th minute of play forced Kahramanmaras SK's goalkeeper Taner Betim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11th minute, Gani Ünsaç made a precise shot to the right of Taner Betim. Kahramanmaras SK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 17th minute of the match, Özgür Eğilmez got a very nice opportunity to score, but Serhat Pektaşi was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Rizegücü's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Özgür Eğilmez 17 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-2. In the 23rd minute, Nathan Murray ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Taner Betim was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Mahsun Pozan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 28 minutes into the match, Kahramanmaras SK's goal looked a bit too open when Gani Ünsaç came free, but Taner Betim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Günalp Sarvan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Rizegücü's Yusuf Vargın got a free kick in the 34th minute. In the 36th minute, Gani Ünsaç made a precise shot to the right of Taner Betim. Kahramanmaras SK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. Taner Betim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Halit Ziya Naim in the 40th minute of play. After some careless play in the Kahramanmaras SK defense, Nathan Murray kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Taner Betim. The Kahramanmaras SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Taner Betim should have stopped the shot. After having played for 46 minutes, Poyraz Gökyüzü managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kahramanmaras SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Poyraz Gökyüzü was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The wind increased when Mehmet Emre Taşan made the kick off in the second half. Gani Ünsaç's late challenge caught a Kahramanmaras SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gani Ünsaç helped the player get up and apologised. Gani Ünsaç hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Gani Ünsaç got his second yellow card in the match during the 64th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Rizegücü's Gani Ünsaç got a free kick in the 65th minute. Serhat Pektaşi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Özgür Eğilmez in the 66th minute of play. In the 68th minute, Okan Kutel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mahsun Pozan was extremely unlucky when he, in the 75th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Taner Betim made an important save on a dangerous shot by Halit Ziya Naim in the 76th minute. In the 78th match minute, Rizegücü was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Koray Cesman to maneuver through the defense. In the 85th minute Mehmet Emre Taşan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serhat Pektaşi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 93 minutes into the game, Mahsun Pozan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Taner Betim. Mahsun Pozan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-6.
