The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 4 minutes Yenimahallegücü's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mehmet Fatih Bedük who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Kdz.Ereğli SPOR's corner Mehmet Fatih Bedük fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Garip Osmanoğlu quite easily take care of the ball. Karadeniz Metehan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Garip Osmanoğlu was a little too slow when Filip Prodan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 16th minute. The score was now 1-0. Garip Osmanoğlu made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Lv Wei Guang sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Yenimahallegücü getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Sermet İhtiyar hit a great ball. Garip Osmanoğlu made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Lv Wei Guang sent off a good shot on target. Demetrio Magliocco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Güneri Ünveren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute of the match Yenimahallegücü got a corner. Kdz.Ereğli SPOR's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Şahin Kamber ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 33 played minutes Kdz.Ereğli SPOR got a freekick which was hit by Tito Cordarrol. Yenimahallegücü's Garip Osmanoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filip Prodan in the 35th minute of play. In the 36th minute Mehmet Fatih Bedük shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Garip Osmanoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kdz.Ereğli SPOR were awarded a corner in the 37th minute after Yenimahallegücü's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mehmet Fatih Bedük took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Filip Prodan managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Yenimahallegücü's defense didn't have a chance, in the 40th minute, when Karadeniz Metehan scored to the left of an out of position Garip Osmanoğlu, making the score, 2-0. In the 46th minute, Kdz.Ereğli SPOR's Mehmet Fatih Bedük dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kudret Güngör to make the kick off. Garip Osmanoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Batu Cem Ateş, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Güntekin Derelioğlu fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Yenimahallegücü's protests and gave Güntekin Derelioğlu a yellow card for diving instead. Garip Osmanoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karadeniz Metehan, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Garip Osmanoğlu came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Kdz.Ereğli SPOR's Mehmet Fatih Bedük. But to his dismay, Mehmet Fatih Bedük quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mehmet Fatih Bedük in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Garip Osmanoğlu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 70th minute, Karadeniz Metehan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kdz.Ereğli SPOR fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. In the 73rd minute, Lv Wei Guang made a precise shot to the right of Garip Osmanoğlu. Yenimahallegücü's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. Garip Osmanoğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lv Wei Guang in the 78th minute of the match. Lv Wei Guang received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Garip Osmanoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Garip Osmanoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Batu Cem Ateş, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filip Prodan in the 84th minute of play forced Yenimahallegücü's goalkeeper Garip Osmanoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tito Cordarrol kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Kdz.Ereğli SPOR players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
