When Tuncer Özal came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the BLACK HORSE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tuncer Özal couldn't finish the play. Günalp Toper sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gürel Tayfur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Efe Özdağ having to interfere. With his leg Deniz Yağızkurt managed to avoid a goal in the 10thth minute, when BLACK HORSE's Cenan Tuğra fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. BLACK HORSE's Cenan Tuğra came free and shot a quick shot against goal 11 minutes in the game, fortunately Deniz Yağızkurt had problems saving as it came toward the left post. After 14 played minutes AC MILAN got a freekick which was hit by Çetin Hazer. 18 minutes into the match, AC MILAN's goalkeeper Deniz Yağızkurt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cenan Tuğra. Cenan Tuğra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Deniz Yağızkurt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ahmet Efe Özdağ showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mehmet Anıl Demirer, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Ahmet Efe Özdağ made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Çetin Hazer in the 35th minute of play. In the 36th minute, Çetin Hazer made a precise shot to the right of Ahmet Efe Özdağ. BLACK HORSE's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in AC MILAN's zone, Günalp Toper stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Deniz Yağızkurt came out of the goal and Günalp Toper tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arif Bilge İkram took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Deniz Yağızkurt. Deniz Yağızkurt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 47 minutes into the match, Mehmet Anıl Demirer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ahmet Efe Özdağ. BLACK HORSE's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mehmet Anıl Demirer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Cenan Tuğra managed to get in a good position for a shot. BLACK HORSE's supporters rose to their feet, but Cenan Tuğra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Deniz Yağızkurt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
