Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Philip Oundo kicked off to start the match. The audience was convinced that Philip Oundo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but John Origi was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. Philip Oundo was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 35th minute. Settle's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 43 minutes into the game, Bernard Waithaka was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Settle's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Whitton the free kick. The supporters of Whitton booed when Settle was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernard Waithaka didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 45th minute, one of Settle:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Settle. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kipchoge Wambua to strike the kick off in the second half. When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Kipchoge Oloo sped through Whitton's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of John Origi. In the 58th minute Kipchoge Wambua shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hezekiah Java saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Whitton booed when Settle was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilfred Matiba didn't get a good kick on the ball. John Origi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Philip Oundo, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. A collision led to Whitton getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Jehovah Bilali hit a great ball. Whitton's John Origi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Philip Oundo in the 80th minute of play. When Settle's Philip Oundo in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Whitton's goalie prevented a goal. Fredrick Israel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 91 minutes into the game, Whitton's Fredrick Israel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hezekiah Java made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. Settle's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
