Oburu Kiprop was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mwai Emilio Otieno scored 0-2 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Oburu Kiprop, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Daniel Koech fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Botswana Meat Commission's protests and gave Daniel Koech a yellow card for diving instead. In the 11th match minute, Botswana Meat Commission was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Koech to maneuver through the defense. Mwai Emilio Otieno might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Oburu Kiprop. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mwai Emilio Otieno ran back to his position shaking his head. Oburu Kiprop came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by George Weahs Academy's Ngina Njoroge. But to his dismay, Ngina Njoroge quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. When George Weahs Academy's Ngina Njoroge in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Botswana Meat Commission's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 20 minutes, Mwai Emilio Otieno managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. George Weahs Academy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mwai Emilio Otieno was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Oburu Kiprop took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mwai Emilio Otieno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 25th minute Franco Burgos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oburu Kiprop saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mwai Emilio Otieno took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Oburu Kiprop. Oburu Kiprop dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Oburu Kiprop didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when George Weahs Academy's Franco Burgos shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-6 in the ordered_time% minute. Oburu Kiprop took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mwai Emilio Otieno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 35 minutes into the game, George Weahs Academy's Franco Burgos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Oburu Kiprop made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. Botswana Meat Commission's Oburu Kiprop played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ngina Njoroge in the 38th minute of play. Ngina Njoroge sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 41st minute Mwai Emilio Otieno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oburu Kiprop saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mwai Emilio Otieno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Oburu Kiprop tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Oburu Kiprop came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by George Weahs Academy's Mwai Emilio Otieno. But to his dismay, Mwai Emilio Otieno quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Samson Kiptanui was the one to do the kick off. Charles Wemba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Oburu Kiprop tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Franco Burgos put it in 0-9 from a short distance just to the right of Oburu Kiprop. When Franco Burgos came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the George Weahs Academy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Franco Burgos couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Mwai Emilio Otieno kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Oburu Kiprop. That made the score 0-10 in the 62 minute of play. With a little luck, Botswana Meat Commission's Oburu Kiprop got control of the ball when Mwai Emilio Otieno tried to sneak it across the goal line. Franco Burgos scored 0-11 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Oburu Kiprop, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Botswana Meat Commission's Oburu Kiprop got control of the ball when Mwai Emilio Otieno tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 76th minute Franco Burgos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oburu Kiprop saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 80th minute, Charles Wemba ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Oburu Kiprop was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-14. In the 83rd minute, Mekatilili Kalekye hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Ngina Njoroge took a quick shot and it went in 0-16 without a chance for Oburu Kiprop to make any attempt to save it. A collision led to Botswana Meat Commission getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Moses Akinyi hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Botswana Meat Commission defense, Franco Burgos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Oburu Kiprop. The Botswana Meat Commission fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Oburu Kiprop should have stopped the shot. Oburu Kiprop made a fantastic save in the 98th minute, when Mwai Emilio Otieno sent off a good shot on target. George Weahs Academy played a much better game than Botswana Meat Commission and deserved their victory. The Botswana Meat Commission players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
