Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After 3 played minutes, OXUD FK's Äliqara Ulusoy shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ağaqulu Baxışov came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in OXUD FK reached it. In the 6th match minute, Biläcäri was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vuhsum Şirinov to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of OXUD FK booed when Biläcäri was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Qasım Verdiyev didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Misir Rähimov managed to get in a good position for a shot. OXUD FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Misir Rähimov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ağaqulu Baxışov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 9th minute, Qasım Verdiyev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. OXUD FK's Göycä Yaşamazov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vuhsum Şirinov in the 13th minute of play. Misir Rähimov's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 15thth minute, Ağaqulu Baxışov skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Biläcäri's Ağaqulu Baxışov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Biläcäri from getting a goal against them. Ağaqulu Baxışov came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by OXUD FK's Misir Rähimov. But to his dismay, Misir Rähimov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Israyıl Yusifov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Israyıl Yusifov in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ağaqulu Baxışov saved Biläcäri from getting behind. Israyıl Yusifov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ağaqulu Baxışov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Israyıl Yusifov, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Israyıl Yusifov was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Misir Rähimov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ağaqulu Baxışov was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. Israyıl Yusifov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee ended the match the OXUD FK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
