Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The audience was convinced that Näsib Yusubov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Älämdar Haqverdiyev was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. Älämdar Haqverdiyev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Famil Äsädov in the 11th minute of play. Älämdar Haqverdiyev breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 19 minutes, Näsib Yusubov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mavi Academy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Näsib Yusubov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 24 minutes, Neman Cäbiyev mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Qäbälä and the Mavi Academy players grew even worse after the yellow card. Neman Cäbiyev hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. 25 minutes into the match, Mavi Academy's Zakir Xudadverdiyev sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Älämdar Haqverdiyev narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 28 minutes, Qılman Hüseyinli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mavi Academy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Qılman Hüseyinli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Abdulla Ağalarov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ismät Zaxundov in the 30th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the game, Zeynal Äliyev was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Qäbälä's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mavi Academy the free kick. Zeynal Äliyev hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rüfät Ähmädov was the one to do the kick off. Qılman Hüseyinli hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 59th minute Rüfät Ähmädov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abdulla Ağalarov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 68 minutes into the match, Rüfät Ähmädov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Abdulla Ağalarov. Mavi Academy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rüfät Ähmädov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. If Famil Äsädov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Qäbälä's Älämdar Haqverdiyev proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Qäbälä from getting a goal against them. Älämdar Haqverdiyev came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Mavi Academy's Näsib Yusubov. But to his dismay, Näsib Yusubov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After a rather tough play, Qäbälä's Mätläb Abdulxaliqov got a free kick in the 85th minute. During the 87th minute of the match Neman Cäbiyev completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Neman Cäbiyev a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 87th minute, one of Qäbälä:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Qäbälä. Näsib Yusubov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Älämdar Haqverdiyev having to interfere. Ismät Zaxundov kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Älämdar Haqverdiyev made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Näsib Yusubov sent off a good shot on target. 97 minutes had been played when some careless play by Qäbälä's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Zakir Xudadverdiyev was slow to take the kick. During this time Mavi Academy's players had a chance to rest. When the final whistle sounded Mavi Academy left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Qäbälä.
