PAOK FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Al-Jazira Sporting Club the free kick. In the 9th match minute, PAOK FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mostafa Abo Al Hasan to maneuver through the defense. Taqi Al Mansor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Donato Pellecchia made a huge save. Hussain Bo Qamaz hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Donato Pellecchia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hussain Bo Qamaz in the 26th minute. The throw-in from Taqi Al Mansor in the 28th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by PAOK FC's Ghasan Al Ateqi. Alexandros Karterouliotis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mahdi Al Sallal in the 28th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the match, Mostafa Abo Al Hasan notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Al-Jazira Sporting Club's Alexandros Karterouliotis. Alexandros Karterouliotis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, PAOK FC's Donato Pellecchia got control of the ball when Hussain Bo Qamaz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Donato Pellecchia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hussain Bo Qamaz's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. The supporters of Al-Jazira Sporting Club booed when PAOK FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fawzy Boften didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sari Al Qatam scored 1-1 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Donato Pellecchia, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 72 minutes, Jawad Bo Abbas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Al-Jazira Sporting Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jawad Bo Abbas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Al-Jazira Sporting Club booed when PAOK FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ghasan Al Ateqi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 76 played minutes PAOK FC got a freekick which was hit by Ghasan Al Ateqi. The supporters of PAOK FC booed when Al-Jazira Sporting Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jawad Bo Abbas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alexandros Karterouliotis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mostafa Abo Al Hasan, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. When Fawzy Boften fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PAOK FC's protests and gave Fawzy Boften a yellow card for diving instead. In the 85th minute of the match Yasser Al Hammady sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Donato Pellecchia skillfully saved the ball. PAOK FC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
