Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jit Naik started the match with the kick off. Upkaar Bedi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Manu Chhugani in the 9th minute. In the 9th match minute, Marlow was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jit Naik to maneuver through the defense. Kanvar Dutta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Upkaar Bedi having to interfere. Manu Chhugani blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Upkaar Bedi having to make a save. 20 minutes into the match, Manu Chhugani had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Upkaar Bedi. Marlow's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Manu Chhugani was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. 23 minutes into the game, Jit Naik was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Marlow's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Poster FC the free kick. Kanvar Dutta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Upkaar Bedi having to interfere. Kanvar Dutta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Palla Kumar in the 30th minute of play forced Marlow's goalkeeper Upkaar Bedi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 35 minutes in the game, Kanvar Dutta fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Upkaar Bedi having to interfere. If Kanvar Dutta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Nalin Thakur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rdth minute of the game Kanvar Dutta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Marlow's Upkaar Bedi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Kanvar Dutta in the 53rd minute of play forced Marlow's goalkeeper Upkaar Bedi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Poster FC's Manu Chhugani got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kanvar Dutta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Manu Chhugani charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Manu Chhugani the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Marlow booed when Poster FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manu Chhugani didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Manu Chhugani managed to get in a good position for a shot. Poster FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Manu Chhugani was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Upkaar Bedi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Marlow's zone, Kanvar Dutta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Upkaar Bedi came out of the goal and Kanvar Dutta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 71 minutes into the match, Marlow's goal looked a bit too open when Manu Chhugani came free, but Upkaar Bedi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Manu Chhugani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kanvar Dutta in the 80th minute of play forced Marlow's goalkeeper Upkaar Bedi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Manu Chhugani succeeded in the game's 82nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-0. Upkaar Bedi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manu Chhugani, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Manu Chhugani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Upkaar Bedi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Marlow getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Kamasakha Mundra hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kanvar Dutta in the 98th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Upkaar Bedi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Poster FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
