After having played for 6 minutes, Kanvar Dutta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Poster FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kanvar Dutta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 8 minutes into the game, one of Market Drayton City:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 10 minutes, Poster FC's Gopinath Vaidya got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Ansa Grewal. If Bhrngara Mendes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kanvar Dutta received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ansa Grewal came out and tried to block the shot, but Kanvar Dutta slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 16th minute. With a little luck, Market Drayton City's Ansa Grewal got control of the ball when Manu Chhugani tried to sneak it across the goal line. Market Drayton City's Ansa Grewal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Market Drayton City from getting a goal against them. Manu Chhugani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Manu Chhugani let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 26th minute shot 3-0 at rihgt post. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Market Drayton City's goalkeeper Ansa Grewal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Kanvar Dutta came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Poster FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kanvar Dutta couldn't finish the play. In the 33rd minute, Manu Chhugani got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kanvar Dutta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ansa Grewal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Manu Chhugani in the 40th minute. Kanvar Dutta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Manu Chhugani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Ansa Grewal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kanvar Dutta was the one to do the kick off. Ansa Grewal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manu Chhugani in the 52nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Bhrngara Mendes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Market Drayton City's supporters rose to their feet, but Bhrngara Mendes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jagadbala Aulakh breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match clock showed 59 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Kanvar Dutta sped through Market Drayton City's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ansa Grewal. After a rather tough play, Poster FC's Palla Kumar got a free kick in the 63rd minute. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Market Drayton City's goalkeeper Ansa Grewal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 70 minutes of play Market Drayton City's Dayaram Gupta was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 71 played minutes Market Drayton City got a freekick which was hit by Dayaram Gupta. In the 72ndth minute of the game Manu Chhugani who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Market Drayton City's Ansa Grewal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ansa Grewal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manu Chhugani, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manu Chhugani in the 89th minute of play forced Market Drayton City's goalkeeper Ansa Grewal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 90 minutes into the match, Market Drayton City's goal looked a bit too open when Kanvar Dutta came free, but Ansa Grewal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ansa Grewal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kanvar Dutta in the 92nd minute of the match. Manu Chhugani scored 5-0 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ansa Grewal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
