After 27 played minutes Tavistock got a freekick which was hit by Buddhajnana Mandal. The supporters of Birmingham Selly Oak AFC booed when Tavistock was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baru Sandhu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kanta Johl charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kanta Johl the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Raj Dhaliwal was shown his second yellow card after 67 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. When Aparthiva Ahuja came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Tavistock fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aparthiva Ahuja couldn't finish the play. Tavistock's Kakubjaya Barn suffered a concussion after 95 minutes and had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Abhidyu Toor during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Tavistock's Digbhraja Sabnis was substituted for Kakubjaya Barn.
