Spectators: 6779 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1779, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ahara Rudrappa took the kick off in the first half of the match. Great Totham FC's Ramleen Haito got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Anshuman Dhanoa fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Great Totham FC's protests and gave Anshuman Dhanoa a yellow card for diving instead. After having played for 9 minutes, Anshuman Dhanoa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Great Totham FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anshuman Dhanoa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Great Totham FC's Vidyahar Khahera got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Anshuman Dhanoa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ramleen Haito in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anupriya Mirza prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ramleen Haito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anupriya Mirza having to interfere. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Bengaluru Football Club's goalkeeper Anupriya Mirza, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramleen Haito in the 27th minute of play forced Bengaluru Football Club's goalkeeper Anupriya Mirza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahara Rudrappa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 33 minutes into the game, Chaila Atwal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bengaluru Football Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Great Totham FC the free kick. Chaila Atwal hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Bengaluru Football Club's Anupriya Mirza proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Bengaluru Football Club from getting a goal against them. In the 39th minute, Jaswant Rao made a precise shot to the right of Iravan Roy. Great Totham FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After a rather tough play, Great Totham FC's Vidyahar Khahera got a free kick in the 43rd minute. After the first half Bengaluru Football Club were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Ramleen Haito made the kick off in the second half. Anshuman Dhanoa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ramleen Haito blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anupriya Mirza having to make a save. Iravan Roy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahara Rudrappa in the 61st minute of play. Ahara Rudrappa charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ahara Rudrappa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Bengaluru Football Club getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Ahara Rudrappa hit a great ball. If Jaswant Rao had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Carudatta Gogia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahara Rudrappa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anshuman Dhanoa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Anupriya Mirza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 83 minutes into the game, Janarajan Virk was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bengaluru Football Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Great Totham FC the free kick. After 83 played minutes Bengaluru Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Janarajan Virk. Iravan Roy made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Jaswant Rao sent off a good shot on target. After 90 minutes of play Bengaluru Football Club's Janarajan Virk was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Ramleen Haito managed to get in a good position for a shot. Great Totham FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ramleen Haito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anupriya Mirza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bengaluru Football Club's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
