Ban Ko Tao's Somboon Pornpradit played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nopparat Tuntisirin in the 11th minute of play. Thanongsak Pimsurin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mongkol Kongmee in the 14th minute. 15 minutes into the match, Runchit Jirawanna dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Thanongsak Pimsurin, 1-0. If Runchit Jirawanna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Runchit Jirawanna took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Thanongsak Pimsurin. Thanongsak Pimsurin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Thanongsak Pimsurin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Runchit Jirawanna in the 25th minute of play. Somboon Pornpradit made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nitat Labsit in the 26th minute of play. Thanongsak Pimsurin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Runchit Jirawanna, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. When Kittipat Kanjanakunton fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ban Ko Tao's protests and gave Kittipat Kanjanakunton a yellow card for diving instead. Kittipat Kanjanakunton kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ban Nong Ta Noi's goalkeeper Thanongsak Pimsurin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Ban Nong Ta Noi getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Ritthikorn Pannacharoenruk hit a great ball. With a little luck, Ban Nong Ta Noi's Thanongsak Pimsurin got control of the ball when Mongkol Kongmee tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Runchit Jirawanna in the 41st minute of play forced Ban Nong Ta Noi's goalkeeper Thanongsak Pimsurin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Ban Ko Tao's Kittipat Kanjanakunton got a free kick in the 79th minute. After having played for 83 minutes, Mongkol Kongmee managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ban Ko Tao's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mongkol Kongmee was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Ban Ko Tao booed when Ban Nong Ta Noi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ritthikorn Pannacharoenruk didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Ban Ko Tao's Benjaphon Jaidee tried to score from far away in the 93rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 95th minute Sanya Ramkaew shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thanongsak Pimsurin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pongkit Permchart during the 97th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 96 minutes into the game, one of Ban Ko Tao:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 98th minute there was a penalty for Ban Nong Ta Noi. Decha Tubpintong stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Somboon Pornpradit. 3-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Ban Ko Tao had played much better football throughout.
