Spectators: 6723 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Kamarudin Sangaji made the kick off which started today's match. After a defensive mix-up in Samarum FC's zone, Deka Sentosa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Willy Gumelar came out of the goal and Deka Sentosa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Aaron Kultanen came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the ATJEH UNITED fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aaron Kultanen couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Deka Sentosa during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Boy Witarsa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kamarudin Sangaji, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. 15 minutes into the match, Kamarudin Sangaji dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Boy Witarsa, 1-1. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind ATJEH UNITED's goalkeeper Boy Witarsa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. ATJEH UNITED's Boy Witarsa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kamarudin Sangaji in the 24th minute of play. In the 32nd minute Kamarudin Sangaji shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boy Witarsa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Samarum FC's Willy Gumelar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aaron Kultanen in the 38th minute of play. In the 40th minute Marzuki Fachrudin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Willy Gumelar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Willy Gumelar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aaron Kultanen in the 41st minute of play. ATJEH UNITED's Mahadi Surapradja was substituted for Karim Raweyai.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Deka Sentosa made a kick off. Samarum FC's Willy Gumelar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Samarum FC from getting a goal against them. Kamarudin Sangaji received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Boy Witarsa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Deka Sentosa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Willy Gumelar having to make a save. Willy Gumelar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aaron Kultanen went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Aaron Kultanens short, quick shot in the 65thth minute got Willy Gumelar to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Aaron Kultanen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Kamarudin Sangaji came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Samarum FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kamarudin Sangaji couldn't finish the play. In the 70th minute, Kamarudin Sangaji hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Uston Lopa kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. In the 77th minute, Samarum FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Aaron Kultanen fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Samarum FC's Kamarudin Sangaji got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Willy Gumelar made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Mahadi Surapradja sent off a good shot on target. In the 94th minute, Deka Sentosa reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Willy Gumelar. The goal made the score 1-4. ATJEH UNITED played a much better game than Samarum FC and deserved their victory. The Samarum FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
