If Tono Pambudi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pance Asmawi during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tono Pambudi in the 15th minute of play forced The Bagudung's goalkeeper Cosmas Karisma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cosmas Karisma showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bertha Samiaji in the 36th minute of the match. Cosmas Karisma came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by BlazeBuster's Bertha Samiaji. But to his dismay, Bertha Samiaji quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ellie Rahardjo got free with Ruhut Ardiansyah in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ruhut Ardiansyah showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Suwita Hutapea, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Ellie Rahardjo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 44thth minute tested the skills of Ruhut Ardiansyah when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 45th minute of the match, Suwita Hutapea tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ruhut Ardiansyah saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Tono Pambudi scored 0-2 in the 48th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cosmas Karisma, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half BlazeBuster were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Ellie Rahardjo made the kick off in the second half. Rhoma Abissay kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. The supporters of BlazeBuster booed when The Bagudung was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pance Asmawi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 56 minutes, Nuriana Simbolon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BlazeBuster's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nuriana Simbolon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ellie Rahardjo hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. 67 minutes into the game, Riswan Zayyinulhak was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BlazeBuster's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave The Bagudung the free kick. A collision led to BlazeBuster getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Riswan Zayyinulhak hit a great ball. Suwita Hutapea took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 68th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ruhut Ardiansyah. BlazeBuster's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 70 minutes into the game, Ellie Rahardjo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Ruhut Ardiansyah was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Riswan Zayyinulhak in the 75th minute of play forced The Bagudung's goalkeeper Cosmas Karisma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ellie Rahardjo in the 80th minute of play forced BlazeBuster's goalkeeper Ruhut Ardiansyah to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 82nd minute, Rhoma Abissay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
