Spectators: 7793 (Terracing: 5846, Seating: 1792, VIP seats: 155) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Rifqi Ching took the kick off in the first half of the match. Tan Tian kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Jurong East's Harry Ek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hafriz Tian in the 13th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Leighton Buzzard AFC's zone, Arif Teo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Steven Choo came out of the goal and Arif Teo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sébastien Chabal during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 25th minute, Sébastien Chabal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rifqi Ching fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harry Ek having to interfere. Rifqi Ching sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Harry Ek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rifqi Ching, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Rifqi Ching's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Harry Ek was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. In the 43rd minute, Rifqi Ching ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Harry Ek was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

If Hafriz Tian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Rifqi Ching put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Harry Ek. 64 minutes into the match, Leighton Buzzard AFC's Rifqi Ching sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Harry Ek narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 72 minutes into the match, Jurong East's goal looked a bit too open when Haziq Mathews came free, but Harry Ek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Harry Ek made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Hafriz Tian sent off a good shot on target. Steven Choo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arif Teo in the 77th minute of play. If Hafriz Tian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Rudy Abisheganaden came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Leighton Buzzard AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rudy Abisheganaden couldn't finish the play. Through an outstanding action, after 88 minutes, Harry Ek successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 89th minute, Rifqi Ching fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Arif Teo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Steven Choo having to interfere. John Sum charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed John Sum the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 95th minute, John Sum hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rifqi Ching recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Jurong East fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Leighton Buzzard AFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
