The referee showed Muhammad Mathews the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 30 minutes into the match, Zack Hong had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Iskandar Hongyi. Chapel en le frith's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zack Hong was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. The supporters of Chapel en le frith booed when Bendemeer Mariners FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Iskandar Hongyi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Iskandar Hongyi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Shahiran Hee in the 87th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Chapel en le frith's Noh Henderson got a free kick in the 87th minute. 94 minutes into the match, Chapel en le frith's goal looked a bit too open when Shahiran Hee came free, but Iskandar Hongyi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iskandar Hongyi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clive Seng, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
