Spectators: 7975 (Terracing: 6000, Seating: 1815, VIP seats: 160) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Asiz Sum started the match with the kick off. After having played for 4 minutes, Asiz Sum managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Harolld Hill's supporters crossed their fingers, but Asiz Sum was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Southbourne's Darren Siong played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Asiz Sum in the 9th minute of play. Afiq Politiek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hamir Vijiaratnam in the 17th minute of play. Asiz Sum kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. When Asiz Sum fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Harolld Hill's protests and gave Asiz Sum a yellow card for diving instead. In the 22nd minute, Asiz Sum hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 23 minutes into the match, Alex Lee notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Harolld Hill's Afiq Politiek. Afiq Politiek was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Asiz Sum fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Darren Siong having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Southbourne's Ong Boon got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Southbourne's Darren Siong played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Asiz Sum in the 32nd minute of play. Harolld Hill were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after Southbourne's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Samuel Tan took the corner. The corner led Harolld Hill's Samuel Tan to fire away a dangerous shot which Darren Siong despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Afiq Politiek made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Alex Lee sent off a good shot on target. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rifki Siong made a kick off. Zafran Hock kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alex Pieng got free with Darren Siong in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rifki Siong in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Afiq Politiek prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Afiq Politiek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rifki Siong in the 71st minute of play. Afiq Politiek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rifki Siong in the 75th minute of the match. Alex Lee recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 3-0 became the score in the 78th minute when Rifki Siong elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. A collision led to Harolld Hill getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. SK Pieng hit a great ball. In the 90th minute Alex Lee shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Afiq Politiek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alex Lee received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Afiq Politiek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Southbourne's Darren Siong played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Asiz Sum in the 94th minute of play. There was no doubt that Southbourne were the better team. Southbourne's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
