Philippine Azkals's Berting Tulabing played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Cacalda in the 2nd minute of play. Berting Tulabing made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Cacalda in the 5th minute of play. When Coleford's Christian Cacalda in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Philippine Azkals's goalie prevented a goal. Casimiro Cabanting fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Berting Tulabing having to interfere. In the 12th minute Christian Cacalda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Berting Tulabing saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Jack Monzon fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Philippine Azkals's protests and gave Jack Monzon a yellow card for diving instead. Christian Cacalda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 15 minutes into the match, Philippine Azkals's goal looked a bit too open when Dolphy Gosoc came free, but Berting Tulabing reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christian Cacalda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Berting Tulabing having to interfere. In the 18th minute, Casimiro Cabanting made a precise shot to the right of Berting Tulabing. Philippine Azkals's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 22nd minute, Ben Espinosa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Coleford fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. The supporters of Coleford booed when Philippine Azkals was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elijah Tongol didn't get a good kick on the ball. Christian Cacalda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Berting Tulabing having to interfere. Berting Tulabing took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Casimiro Cabanting, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Christian Cacalda struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Berting Tulabing didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Coleford. Berting Tulabing stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Christian Cacalda's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. Ben Espinosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Berting Tulabing having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Philippine Azkals's zone, Christian Cacalda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Berting Tulabing came out of the goal and Christian Cacalda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Philippine Azkals getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Elijah Tongol hit a great ball. When Christian Cacalda got free in front of the goal in the 48th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Berting Tulabing was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. The Philippine Azkals players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Coleford were winning 0-3.

After 55 played minutes Dolphy Gosoc rounded Philippine Azkals's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-4. Jack Monzon got his second yellow card in the match during the 57th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. When Christian Cacalda got free in front of the goal in the 60th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Berting Tulabing was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Ding Talaroc who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 61stth minute tested the skills of Berting Tulabing when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 65 minutes into the match, Coleford's Christian Cacalda sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Berting Tulabing narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 70 minutes into the game, Dolphy Gosoc cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Berting Tulabing was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Christian Cacalda in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Berting Tulabing saved Philippine Azkals from getting behind. Berting Tulabing made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Cacalda in the 76th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Casimiro Cabanting got free with Berting Tulabing in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 81st minute of the game Rizalino Canumay made a throw-in which Rizalino Jacutin played forward. 82 minutes into the match, Philippine Azkals's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Cacalda came free, but Berting Tulabing reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tito Bengco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jemson Lawsin having to interfere. Berting Tulabing was out of position in the 88 minute of play, and Christian Cacalda capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Christian Cacalda really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. If Dolphy Gosoc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
