Spectators: 7458 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1800, VIP seats: 158) Jejomar Pumaren started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 6 minutes into the game, Jejomar Pumaren recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ponyong Quison. Jejomar Pumaren showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. The supporters of Banbury FC booed when Chosen Ones was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sonny Paredes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 10th minute, Stephen Hicban left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Banbury FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After 14 played minutes Banbury FC got a freekick which was hit by Michael Nacapuy. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michael Nacapuy in the 21st minute of play forced Chosen Ones's goalkeeper Oslec Dalaque to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute, Ronald Tiaoqui ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Oslec Dalaque was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. When Jejomar Pumaren came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Chosen Ones fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jejomar Pumaren couldn't finish the play. Chosen Ones's Leonardo Yambot got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 38th minute, Chosen Ones's Leonardo Yambot ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ponyong Quison. Ponyong Quison yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. The supporters of Banbury FC booed when Chosen Ones was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oliverio Sarigumba didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ponyong Quison stood somewhat misplaced when Leonardo Yambot came free in front of goal and shot 3-3 to the left of him in the 46 minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ronald Tiaoqui was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Ponyong Lantin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 56th minute Ronald Tiaoqui shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oslec Dalaque saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronald Tiaoqui in the 58th minute of play forced Chosen Ones's goalkeeper Oslec Dalaque to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leonardo Yambot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Ponyong Quison tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 63 minutes into the match, Banbury FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jejomar Pumaren came free, but Ponyong Quison reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Chosen Ones's Oslec Dalaque got control of the ball when Stephen Hicban tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ronald Tiaoqui was extremely unlucky when he, in the 68th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Sonny Paredes's late challenge caught a Banbury FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sonny Paredes helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Chosen Ones's Sonny Paredes got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Oslec Dalaque made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stephen Hicban in the 78th minute. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Stephen Hicban took a quick shot and it went in 3-4 without a chance for Oslec Dalaque to make any attempt to save it. In the 84th minute of the match Leonides Bonzon shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Oslec Dalaque showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 86th minute, Chosen Ones's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Stephen Hicban fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Michael Nacapuy kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronald Tiaoqui in the 94th minute of play forced Chosen Ones's goalkeeper Oslec Dalaque to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Michael Nacapuy hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Chosen Ones were awarded a corner in the 99th minute after Banbury FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rommel Albano took the corner. Banbury FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
