To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 范沙斌's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 16thth minute, 叶耀乐 skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 江苏队's 周霆泉 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 温迪皓 in the 20th minute of play. 程奕誉 took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised 叶耀乐. 叶耀乐 dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 马磊思 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 马磊思 struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. 叶耀乐 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 江苏队. The audience thought a goal was coming when 马磊思 got free with 叶耀乐 in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 周霆泉 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 温迪皓, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
