With an all-out effort, K-Stars's Zheng Feng Yong threw himself towards the right post 16 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from 김 갈, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Honorato Cordareo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 박 하늘, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. During the 19th minute of the match 김 제 completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave 김 제 a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. With a little luck, Seul FC's Zheng Feng Yong got control of the ball when 김 연 tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Romero Llera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 26 minutes into the match, Seul FC's goalkeeper Zheng Feng Yong had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 김 연. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Romero Llera to strike the kick off in the second half. Seul FC's Zheng Feng Yong played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 강 학 in the 51st minute of play. In the 52nd minute 강 학 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zheng Feng Yong saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zheng Feng Yong came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by K-Stars's 김 연. But to his dismay, 김 연 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. In the 80th minute, 김 연 made a precise shot to the right of Zheng Feng Yong. Seul FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. 김 돈 scored 6-1 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zheng Feng Yong, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, 김 연 put it in 7-1 from a short distance just to the right of Zheng Feng Yong. Seul FC's Zheng Feng Yong played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 김 연 in the 92nd minute of play. In the 94th minute 김 연 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zheng Feng Yong saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the K-Stars players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
