Mooyabil
Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Brian Brennand started the match with the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bern Morse in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Brynn Ceney saved Mooyabil from getting behind. If Bern Morse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Mooyabil's zone, Bremen Mcinnes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Brynn Ceney came out of the goal and Bremen Mcinnes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bern Morse in the 8th minute of play forced Mooyabil's goalkeeper Brynn Ceney to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 9 played minutes, Woolooma's Laurence Fitzsimmons shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Brynn Ceney came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Woolooma reached it. Bremen Mcinnes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Brynn Ceney tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bern Morse charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bern Morse the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bern Morse kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Mooyabil's Brynn Ceney played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bremen Mcinnes in the 18th minute of play. The supporters of Woolooma booed when Mooyabil was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brian Brennand didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 20th minute, Bern Morse got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 22nd match minute, Mooyabil was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brock Mcquoid to maneuver through the defense. Woolooma's Paul Block couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Mooyabil. After a defensive mix-up in Mooyabil's zone, Bern Morse stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Brynn Ceney came out of the goal and Bern Morse tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 30 minutes into the match, Bremen Mcinnes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Brynn Ceney. Mooyabil's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bremen Mcinnes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Bremen Mcinnes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Brynn Ceney tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Bern Morse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bern Morse's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Brynn Ceney read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. Bern Morse recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bern Morse took the ball and in the 48 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Brynn Ceney. Brynn Ceney dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bern Morse was the one to do the kick off. Brynn Ceney made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bern Morse in the 61st minute of play. In the 62nd minute, Mooyabil's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Bremen Mcinnes fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 64th minute, Mooyabil's Art Zalunardo seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Art Zalunardo the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Mooyabil protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Art Zalunardo had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 63 minutes into the game, one of Mooyabil:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Mooyabil:s Brynn Ceney showed great skill when he stopped Paul Block:s penalty. After some careless play in the Mooyabil defense, Paul Block kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Brynn Ceney. The Mooyabil fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Brynn Ceney should have stopped the shot. Bern Morse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bremen Mcinnes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, Mooyabil's Brynn Ceney got control of the ball when Bremen Mcinnes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Brynn Ceney acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 80th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Paul Block. Bremen Mcinnes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brynn Ceney having to interfere. Bremen Mcinnes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Brynn Ceney took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Neale Freel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Bremen Mcinnes put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Brynn Ceney. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bremen Mcinnes got free with Brynn Ceney in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Neale Freel hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The Mooyabil fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Woolooma were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
