Spectators: 6732 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1732, VIP seats: 0) Fort Kent FC's Paco Mudie started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 9th minute Paco Mudie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luck Wenham saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Duffield Barugh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rex Gilding struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Luck Wenham didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fort Kent FC. Fort Kent FC's Paco Mudie got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luck Wenham made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Duffield Barugh in the 22nd minute of play. Luck Wenham showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paco Mudie, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Kennyville's goal looked a bit too open when Duffield Barugh came free, but Luck Wenham reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 31 minutes, Paco Mudie managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fort Kent FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paco Mudie was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paco Mudie in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luck Wenham prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 38th minute, Paco Mudie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rex Gilding was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 40 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 39th minute of the game. One of Fort Kent FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Kennyville:s goal. Léopold Georget made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Neville Parryman in the 46th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tommy Devine was the one to do the kick off. Paco Mudie recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Duffield Barugh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 64th minute, Marshall Mcmillan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bernie Rose charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bernie Rose the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 68th minute, Bernie Rose hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 69 minutes of play, Fort Kent FC's Paco Mudie made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luck Wenham was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tommy Devine's late challenge caught a Fort Kent FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tommy Devine helped the player get up and apologised. An unexpected shot in the 73rd minute by Paco Mudie got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 75 minutes into the match, Rolando Starling notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Fort Kent FC's Léopold Georget. Léopold Georget was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fort Kent FC's Léopold Georget played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tommy Devine in the 78th minute of play. 80 minutes into the game, Kennyville's Tommy Devine nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Léopold Georget made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. When the match clock showed 94 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Paco Mudie sped through Kennyville's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Luck Wenham. Kennyville succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Fort Kent FC had controlled the match.
