After a rather tough play, Club 4fun's Bryan Pound got a free kick in the 19th minute. 21 minutes in the game, Byrne Czaczka dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Bryden Hess recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 48 minutes into the match, Bryden Hess had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Stew Breasley. Club 4fun's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bryden Hess was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Andrew Smoothey made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Inactive Team's goal looked a bit too open when Kirby Skittrall came free, but Richard Paynter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kirby Skittrall struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Richard Paynter didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club 4fun. Carlton Bower received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Richard Paynter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Kirby Skittrall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kirby Skittrall charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kirby Skittrall the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 63rd minute, Kirby Skittrall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Byrne Czaczka came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Inactive Team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Byrne Czaczka couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Inactive Team booed when Club 4fun was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlton Bower didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bryden Hess recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Byrne Czaczka could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Stew Breasley made a huge save. In the 76th minute, Andrew Smoothey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Byrne Czaczka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stew Breasley having to interfere. Stew Breasley made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Byrne Czaczka sent off a good shot on target. If Andrew Smoothey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Club 4fun's Carlton Bower managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Darrell Yard in the 95 minute of the game. If Byrne Czaczka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
