Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 4 minutes into the match, WAI's goal looked a bit too open when Pete Featon came free, but Lowrey Richard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 5th match minute, WAI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ace Thomas to maneuver through the defense. Lowrey Richard made an important save on a dangerous shot by Neal Chant in the 8th minute. Jasmine Bromfield fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dakota Morey having to interfere. With a little luck, WAI's Lowrey Richard got control of the ball when Dan Mckinley tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 15th minute, Neal Chant reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lowrey Richard. The goal made the score 1-0. Lowrey Richard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Neal Chant, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lowrey Richard came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by West Coast Slammers's Neal Chant. But to his dismay, Neal Chant quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Dakota Morey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jasmine Bromfield in the 22nd minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, West Coast Slammers's goal looked a bit too open when Duncan Heberle came free, but Dakota Morey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alberto Freeman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Neal Chant got free with Lowrey Richard in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 26 minutes, Neal Chant made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. WAI's Lowrey Richard tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Dakota Morey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jasmine Bromfield, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Duncan Heberle took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dakota Morey. Dakota Morey dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Dakota Morey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Freeman, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. WAI's Lowrey Richard proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save WAI from getting a goal against them. After 44 played minutes WAI got a freekick which was hit by Ace Thomas. Jasmine Bromfield sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jasmine Bromfield was the one to do the kick off. Dakota Morey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ace Thomas in the 52nd minute of play. Dakota Morey made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alberto Freeman in the 54th minute. Jasmine Bromfield sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Duncan Heberle succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-3 in the 65th playminute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jasmine Bromfield in the 69th minute of play forced West Coast Slammers's goalkeeper Dakota Morey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lowrey Richard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Neal Chant in the 85th minute of play. 87 minutes into the game, WAI's Alberto Freeman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dakota Morey made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-5. Lowrey Richard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dan Mckinley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. WAI walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
