Ethan Flisfeder kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. In the 9th minute, Larry Solomon sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Yielima's Everett Morey didn't even have to move. 11 minutes into the game, one of Yielima:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When Yielima's Max Awage in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pembroke FC's goalie prevented a goal. After 19 minutes, Alan Kepert mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pembroke FC and the Yielima players grew even worse after the yellow card. Everett Morey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dale Butterworth, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. When Nichol Trenoweth fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pembroke FC's protests and gave Nichol Trenoweth a yellow card for diving instead. Craig Convine received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Carlisle Baxter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yielima's Everett Morey proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Yielima from getting a goal against them. Everett Morey was out of position in the 30 minute of play, and Alan Kepert capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alan Kepert really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. After 33 played minutes Pembroke FC got a freekick which was hit by Tommy Nelson. Carlisle Baxter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Max Awage in the 37th minute of the match. In the 43rd minute Alan Kepert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Everett Morey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 44th minute of the match, Dale Butterworth tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Everett Morey saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 48 minutes into the match, Yielima's goalkeeper Everett Morey had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stan Stevens. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dale Butterworth was the one to do the kick off. Stan Stevens took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Everett Morey. Everett Morey dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Everett Morey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dale Butterworth, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Pembroke FC's Nichol Trenoweth got a free kick in the 59th minute. Pembroke FC's Nichol Trenoweth got his second yellow card of the match in the 62nd minute. The referee ordered Nichol Trenoweth off the ground. The supporters of Yielima booed when Pembroke FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nichol Trenoweth didn't get a good kick on the ball. Craig Convine sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yielima's Craig Convine got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Everett Morey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stan Stevens, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. In the 73rd minute Alan Kepert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Everett Morey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, Pembroke FC's Stan Stevens sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Everett Morey narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Everett Morey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alan Kepert in the 83rd minute of play. Everett Morey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dale Butterworth in the 91st minute of the match. Everett Morey came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Pembroke FC's Stan Stevens. But to his dismay, Stan Stevens quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Dale Butterworth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Everett Morey having to interfere. Pembroke FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Yielima for a fine match.
