Bremen Travers hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. In the 6th match minute, Duffield United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albert Cameron to maneuver through the defense. Furkan Sweet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bill Crane, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Duffield United's Furkan Sweet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Duffield Crawford in the 10th minute of play. In the 13th minute Payton Thomas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Furkan Sweet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th match minute, Duffield United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albert Cameron to maneuver through the defense. In the 17th minute Benny King shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Furkan Sweet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute Bill Crane shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Furkan Sweet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Furkan Sweet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bill Crane in the 24th minute of the match. In the 27th match minute, Hunterton was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Duffield Crawford to maneuver through the defense. Brookes Beale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfred Olejasz, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. If Bill Crane had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 36 minutes into the match, Max Gissane dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Brookes Beale, 1-0. Szczepan Waldoch could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Brookes Beale made a huge save. When Szczepan Waldoch got free in front of the goal in the 46th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Brookes Beale was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Payton Thomas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hunterton's supporters rose to their feet, but Payton Thomas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Furkan Sweet breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Furkan Sweet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bill Crane, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caine Miels in the 56th minute of play forced Duffield United's goalkeeper Furkan Sweet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Duffield United's Furkan Sweet proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Duffield United from getting a goal against them. Brookes Beale came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Duffield United's Szczepan Waldoch. But to his dismay, Szczepan Waldoch quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. If Bill Crane had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Furkan Sweet made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Payton Thomas sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Duffield United getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Ryan Renshaw hit a great ball. Duffield Crawford could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Furkan Sweet made a huge save. In the 77th minute Bill Crane shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Furkan Sweet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Furkan Sweet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bill Crane, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Duffield United's Szczepan Waldoch got a free kick in the 80th minute. A hard shot by Benny King from long distance, 81 minutes into the match, got Furkan Sweet's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Duffield Crawford in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Furkan Sweet saved Duffield United from getting behind. After 86 played minutes Hunterton got a freekick which was hit by Edgar Brading. If Szczepan Waldoch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Duffield United booed when Hunterton was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benny King didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Hunterton defense, Alfred Olejasz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Brookes Beale. The Hunterton fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Brookes Beale should have stopped the shot.
