Spectators: 9171 (Terracing: 6880, Seating: 2109, VIP seats: 182) After a defensive mix-up in Hellscream's zone, Quincy Fitzsimmons stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edmonds Didlock came out of the goal and Quincy Fitzsimmons tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 10 minutes into the game, Jess Fenwick recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Davey Curtis. Jess Fenwick showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Quincy Fitzsimmons sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Davey Curtis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jess Fenwick in the 16th minute of play. Edmonds Didlock showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonia Fessey, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jess Fenwick in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Davey Curtis saved Pensioners 2.0 from getting behind. In the 24th minute, one of Pensioners 2.0:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Pensioners 2.0. 28 minutes into the match, Antonia Fessey notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Hellscream's Edmonds Didlock. Edmonds Didlock was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 36th minute Andrew Norden shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmonds Didlock saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hellscream's goalkeeper Edmonds Didlock, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 43rd minute Darley Woods shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmonds Didlock saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edmonds Didlock took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Quincy Fitzsimmons, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 47th minute, Jess Fenwick got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jess Fenwick to make the kick off. Davey Curtis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jess Fenwick's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. 56 minutes into the match, Hellscream's goalkeeper Edmonds Didlock had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Darley Woods. After 57th play minutes Quincy Fitzsimmons shot 1-2, a short shot which went by Edmonds Didlock and just under the crossbar into goal. After having played for 65 minutes, Jess Fenwick managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hellscream's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jess Fenwick was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jess Fenwick in the 71st minute of play forced Pensioners 2.0's goalkeeper Davey Curtis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antonia Fessey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edmonds Didlock having to interfere. Davey Curtis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jess Fenwick's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Quincy Fitzsimmons in the 87th minute of play forced Hellscream's goalkeeper Edmonds Didlock to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 87th minute, Burtt Brotherton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 92 played minutes Quincy Fitzsimmons rounded Hellscream's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-3. In the 96th match minute, Hellscream was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Burtt Brotherton to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Pensioners 2.0 had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
